Us3 Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for Digital Experience & UX in Brussels to support the development of employee and client portals and web platforms.

The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, interfacing between Product Owners and business stakeholders, bridging business needs and IT solutions, and leading stakeholder workshops to ensure a consistent user experience across bank portals.

Business Analyst – Digital Experience & UX:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Digital Experience & UX for a long contract based in Brussels, Belgium.

Role Description

• Supports the development of employee and client portals, websites, and web content platforms. Responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements; acting as the interface between Product Owners and business stakeholders; bridging business needs and IT solutions; leading stakeholder workshops; and contributing to the portals roadmap while ensuring a consistent user experience across bank entities.
