Aubay Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst Custody & Fund Operations to support strategic transformation initiatives across the Asset Management value chain. You will work with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams to define target operating models and enable a smooth BAU transition.

The role requires strong knowledge of Asset Management and back-office functions, along with excellent English and French or Dutch communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management and Back Office activities (Fund Accounting, Transfert Agent, Custody, Depobank, Fund Dealing Services).
• Excellent communication in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate transformation projects across Asset Management operations.
• Manage project communications, reporting, progress tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Define target operating models and assess business requirements and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational changes.
• Support change management, rollout activities and BAU transition.
• Ensure project delivery through to handover and closure.

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst Custody & Fund Operations. The consultant will support strategic transformation initiatives across the Asset Management value chain, ensuring the successful implementation of operational and business changes impacting Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office functions. The role involves collaborating with Operations teams to define target operating models, prepare organizational changes and ensure a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU).

Responsibilities

• Structured, planned and coordinated transformation projects across Asset Management operations.
• Managed project communication, reporting, progress tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Defined target operating models and assessed business requirements, constraints and dependencies.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to prepare and implement operational changes.
• Supported change management, rollout activities and successful transition to BAU.
• Ensured project delivery through to final handover and project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management and expertise in Back Offices (Fund Accounting, Transfert Agent, Custody, Depobank, Fund Dealing Services) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
