Job summary

Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in cards and payments to work with business and IT stakeholders, shaping, analyzing, and delivering change initiatives within the payments ecosystem.

You will gather and translate requirements, define scope and operating models, and support testing and implementation, using ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of business analysis experience in cards or payments ecosystem.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with BPM and modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business needs related to Cards products and services.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Assess change requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

Like Julie, Business Analyst specializing in cards at Cream, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to shape, analyse, and deliver change initiatives within the payments ecosystem. Your tasks will be

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business needs related to Cards products and services
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Assess change requests and recommend appropriate solutions
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Define business scope, processes and target operating models
• Support implementation activities, including Business Acceptance Testing

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANTS ?

• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within the cards or payments ecosystem
• You are fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French or Dutch (both being an asset)
• A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML, ...)
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) is an asset
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Enterprise Architect is a plus
