Job summary

Cream Consulting in Brussels seeks a Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into concrete designs and to drive delivery across projects in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy and Transport. You will coordinate with technical teams, describe test scenarios, and ensure the final solution aligns with business needs.

With at least two years in functional analysis and strong knowledge of UML, RUP, Aris, Visio and Jira, you will work in a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in functional analysis.
• Proficient with UML, RUP, Aris, Visio, Jira.
• Able to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs.
• Follow up with technical analysts and developers.
• Describe test scenarios, prepare test data, and organize test execution with the Test coordinator.
• Analyze potential corrective actions to be taken.
• Report progress to the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with the business to ensure the final solution fits needs.

YOUR TASKS :

• Translating the business requirements into detailed functional designs
• Follow-up of technical analysts and developers
• Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution working in close relationship with the Test coordinator
• Analyzing potential corrective actions to be taken
• Reporting progress to Project Manager
• Working closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• At least 2 years of experience in Functional Analysis
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, Aris, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira,…)
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
• You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
