A leading financial services firm in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to transform the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, showcasing expertise in stakeholder collaboration and agile delivery methods. Responsibilities include developing actionable roadmaps, refining requirements, and crafting optimal consumer experiences. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, creating business cases, and defining project goals.
• Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users.
• Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering.
• Expertise in Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking, with a working knowledge of financial processes.
• Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Good knowledge of French or Dutch AND English (mandatory).
