Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior business analyst to define requirements for AML monitoring and detection. You will work with compliance, operations and IT to translate regulatory needs into actionable specifications and improve alert workflows.

This role focuses on gathering and documenting business and regulatory requirements, translating them into functional, non-functional and technical specs, and redesigning alert triage and escalation processes to ensure robust risk monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of business analysis experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Understanding of workflow processes, IT concepts and testing.
• Experience with requirements management in a scaled agile environment.
• Analytical, structured problem-solving and independent working.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Dutch or French (C1) and English (C1).
