Senior Business Analyst - Document & Information Management - Liege - French and English Speaking

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital workplace transformation focused on modernising document management and migrating legacy file shares to a cloud-based collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing document management practices and file storage structures.
• Gather and document business requirements across multiple departments and functions.
• Map and optimise business and document-related processes, covering both current and future states.
• Define information architecture, classification frameworks, governance standards, and document management policies.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
• Support stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor migration quality and adoption metrics.

What do you need?

• Proven Business Analyst experience within digital transformation, document migration, information management, or similar programmes.
• Experience within Sharepoint Migration and Document Management
• Experience working with large volumes of documentation across multiple business functions.
• Experience within industrial, regulated, or complex corporate environments is highly desirable.
