Skechers is seeking a high‑impact Business Analyst to transform logistics and operational data into actionable insights for cost reduction and process optimization across Europe. The role acts as a bridge between data from WMS, PKMS, SAP, and Oracle and strategic decision making for the distribution center.

You will build advanced Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure seamless data integration across systems while supporting monthly business planning with analytics‑driven

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Proven track record in operational data analysis and process improvement.
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems.

Responsabilités

  • Analyze data and generate monthly analyses of operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Develop automated reporting frameworks and statistical models.
  • Extract and analyze data from WMS, PKMS, Manhattan Omnichannel, SAP, and Oracle systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Support management with data-driven strategic recommendations.

In this context, we are looking for a Business Analyst to become the key analytical partner of the operational leadership team and actively contribute to the excellence of our site.

Your Mission

The Business Analyst transforms logistics and operational data into actionable insights that enable cost reduction, process optimization, and strategic decision-making throughout the supply chain. He/She serves as the essential bridge between operational data from various systems and meaningful analyses that drive proactive management decisions, uncover savings opportunities, and support long-term planning. This role ensures that data-driven approaches lead to operational excellence and maintain our competitive edge in logistics operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly analyses of all operational metrics and KPIs
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and statistical modeling
  • Carry out statistical evaluations and develop automated reporting frameworks
  • Extract and analyze data from WMS, PKMS, Manhattan Omnichannel, SAP, and Oracle systems
Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and process issues to identify root causes
  • Identify operational requirements and improvement opportunities
  • Determine optimal methods for analyzing operations and relevant data
  • Gather meaningful insights through workflow observation, report analysis, and employee interactions
Systems & Tools Management
  • Develop and maintain advanced Power BI reporting tools and dashboards
  • Build automated reporting frameworks to streamline data management processes
  • Ensure seamless data integration across all operational systems
Strategic Planning & Business Support
  • Prepare monthly business plan proposals based on analytical findings
  • Link operational analyses with strategic solution recommendations
  • Support management decision-making through data-driven insights and actionable proposals.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst in a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Proven track record in operational data analysis and process improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, dashboard development, data modeling, DAX functions, and data extraction from WMS, PKMS, Manhattan Omnichannel, SAP, and Oracle
  • Daily use of the Microsoft Office Suite — Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), Word, and Outlook
  • Advanced ability to create meaningful and actionable dashboards and reports
  • Experience with additional Business Intelligence tools
  • Good knowledge of French and English, with a strong command of Dutch
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and identify patterns and trends
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
