Job description

Business Analyst (Junior or Senior) — Ghent

Are you ready to learn fast and make a real impact, working side by side with a small, close-knit team in Ghent? At Corlutions, we've been helping companies grow with Odoo since 2019, and we're expanding our team to do even more of that.

About Corlutions

Corlutions is a digitalization partner for small and medium-sized enterprises, specializing in Odoo-based solutions that help organizations reduce costs and increase revenue. We work closely with clients across sectors like manufacturing, construction, wholesale, and finance —always living by our principle: "Together is better."

What is a Business Analyst at Corlutions?

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to help our clients optimize their business processes through smart, well-implemented software — primarily Odoo and Business Intelligence. You'll gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide every project.

You’ll work closely with clients to ensure optimal use of Odoo apps such as Accounting, Point of Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, Sales and more. By diving into your client's needs and processes, and providing personalized training, you'll become the go-to expert for their management solutions.

In your first weeks, you'll get comprehensive training before jumping into your first projects — always with the support of your mentor and colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gain autonomy too. Collaboration stays key throughout: you'll be in regular contact with clients, developers, and the internal team.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation (80%)

• Gain the trust of your customers
• Analyse needs, gather and document requirements, and suggest and implement solutions (configuration, development and testing)
• Provide training
• Follow-up and communication about ongoing tasks

Internal improvement (20%)

• Feedback to the internal team
• Mentoring and training
• Feedback for improvement

Optional: support other domains such as marketing, HR and accounting at Corlutions (impacts the % split above).

What's great about the job?

Expect real responsibility from day one, in a friendly and open environment where you'll work both independently and collaboratively. You'll take on a variety of projects across different industries, broadening your experience along the way. As a bonus, you'll go through an in-depth training provided by Odoo.
