Corlutions in Ghent is seeking a Business Analyst (Junior or Senior) to help clients optimize processes through Odoo and BI. You’ll gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide projects, collaborating with clients, developers and the internal team.

In your first weeks you’ll receive comprehensive training with a mentor, and you’ll gain autonomy as you grow.

What is a Business Analyst at Corlutions?

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to help our clients optimize their business processes through smart, well-implemented software — primarily Odoo and Business Intelligence. You'll gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide every project.

You’ll work closely with clients to ensure optimal use of Odoo apps such as Accounting, Point of Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, Sales and more. By diving into your client's needs and processes, and providing personalized training, you'll become the go-to expert for their management solutions.

In your first weeks, you'll get comprehensive training before jumping into your first projects — always with the support of your mentor and colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gain autonomy too. Collaboration stays key throughout: you'll be in regular contact with clients, developers, and the internal team.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation (80%)

• Gain the trust of your customers
• Analyse needs, gather and document requirements, and suggest and implement solutions (configuration, development and testing)

Internal improvement (20%)

• Feedback to the internal team
• Mentoring and training
• Feedback for improvement
