Cream by Audensiel, the Belgian entity of the Audensiel Group, is a consulting company active in Business & Technology across major industries. We seek a Business Analyst to translate business needs into IT specifications, perform impact analyses, and design future processes.

You will coordinate testing and drive change with stakeholders in dynamic client environments. You will work in a bilingual setting, fluent in French and English, with Dutch as an asset, and collaborate with project teams

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in business or process analysis.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect).
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML).

As a Business Analyst your tasks will be:

• Communicate with the different stakeholders in order to understand their requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT
• Analyze the impact due to required evolutions
• Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine the gaps between as-is and to-be situations
• Design and document the to-be process
• Organize the Test strategy and follow up the testing
• Coordinate and communicate with the different stakeholders
• Change management and deployment
• Adapt yourself to the new environment of our clients

What do we expect from our consultant ?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Business or Process analysis
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• An experience in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile...) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect...) could be a real asset
• A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camounda, UML, ...)
