Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Strong domain knowledge of Social Security, benefits, entitlements and related public-sector services.
• Experience in requirements engineering, functional analysis and process modelling (BPMN).
• Hands-on experience with UAT, test scenario development and validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environments.
