Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience

Required experience / knowledge

At least 4 years of relevant experience

Technical experience mandatory

• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
• Knowledge of IT testing
• Good understanding of data concepts (big data, BI, reporting, dashboarding, data vault, data marts)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL querying
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset)

Technical experience preferable

• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide
• Familiarity with reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to slice epics and features into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Hands-on experience with backlog refinement, dependency mapping, and story-slicing techniques

Business experience mandatory

• Deep, hands-on expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and broader Financial Security data domains
• Strong ability to bridge business and IT
• Strong experience with requirements management
• Good understanding of workflow processes

Business experience preferable

• Good knowledge of banking activities, customer data and compliance is a plus
• Experience in creating and maintaining Agile roadmaps (e.g., quarterly/annual planning) and prioritizing backlogs to balance stakeholder needs with team capacity.
