We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Fraud Cluster within a banking environment.

Work setup:

Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities in line with priorities and scope defined by product owners.
• Act as Feature Owner / Opus Owner during ideation and refinement phases.
• Collect, challenge, structure, and document business needs with a focus on efficiency, strategic fit, and customer experience.
• Coordinate stakeholders, contributors, and squad members to mature opuses and features.
• Translate business and client needs into clear requirements for target solutions.
• Support functional analysis and ensure documentation enables squad members to progress autonomously.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing, reporting progress, defects, risks, and issues.
• Support business onboarding, change management, go-live monitoring, and transparent communication on constraints and impediments.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Experience in Opus ownership and feature ownership.
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Experience contributing to testing activities.
• Functional analysis skills and understanding of technical functionalities.
• Expertise in MS Office, especially graphs and data visualisations.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
