Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment? Join our team as a Manager to oversee and lead our establishments!

Your Role: Operational Leader of the Restaurant

• Inspire and motivate a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring task distribution, work supervision, and continuous training.
• Create a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Actively participate in restaurant operations: cash register, dining area, kitchen, orders, etc.
• Oversee the restaurant's daily administrative management.

Your Profile

• Experience in the restaurant industry and/or team management is preferred.
• Dynamic and business-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized and stress-resistant, able to find quick solutions.
• Punctual and flexible, available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
