iBanFirst is strengthening its Brussels-based accounting team to support growth and international expansion. The role focuses on daily accounting tasks within a fast-growing fintech, centered in the European capital.

You will verify invoices, handle VAT, assist payments, and participate in month-end closings and audits across France and other jurisdictions. A university degree in accounting or finance, BEGAAP/FRGAAP familiarity, and Excel proficiency are essential.

• Verify and entry of invoices and expense reports
• Prepare supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare the monthly French payroll journals
• Participate in periodic accounting closings
• Complete Year-End audit for France and support other branches
• One-off financial analysis
• Draft and update accounting and administrative procedures
• Support projects related to evolution of internal tools
• Prepare VAT returns
• Consolidate subsidiaries
