iBanFirst in Brussels is seeking an accounting intern to support a growing team in a dynamic fintech environment. This internship offers mentorship and hands-on exposure to real-world finance tasks in an international context.

You will assist with invoices, supplier payments, closings, and ad-hoc analyses while contributing to accounting procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

• You have or studying for a university / bachelor degree in accounting or corporate finance.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite - especially Excel
• You are fluent in English and French
• You are organized, precise and rigorous
• You are a real "team player"

To support the growth of our activities, we are strengthening our accounting team based in Brussels. If you are looking for your first experience in finance/accounting in an international context and in a challenging but caring environment, this internship is for you!

What will you do:

Your main mission will be as follows:

• Verification and entry of invoices and expense reports;
• Preparation of supplier payments;
• Participation in periodic accounting closings;
• Completing the Year-End audit;
• One-off financial analysis;
• Contribution to the drafting and updating of accounting and administrative procedures;
