Carhartt WIP Brussels store is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and share the brand story on the shop floor. You will develop product knowledge and support sales while keeping the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• Fluent in French, English and/or Dutch are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
