Carhartt WIP is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for our Brussels store. You will provide excellent customer service, adapt brand stories to the retail setting, and help meet sales targets while maintaining the brand’s look and policies.

Develop product knowledge, engage with customers, and foster loyalty. Fluency in French, English, or Dutch is advantageous in this diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (French/English/Dutch).

• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Fluent in French, English and/or Dutch are advantageous
