Generations Recruitment is partnering with a French company specializing in hot lunch stations in supermarkets to recruit a field sales professional in the Brussels area. You will build and manage an established customer portfolio while pursuing new business opportunities across retail chains.

In this role you will train store personnel on product setups, maximize product placement, and adapt to a growing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant field sales experience.
• Fluent in French; English in meetings; Dutch is a plus.
• Autonomous, organized and accountable with flexible approach in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales growth in Brussels supermarkets & petrol stations.
• Develop direct relationships with retail outlets in the Brussels region.
• Secure new store placements across various retail chains.
• Train store personnel about products and corner setups.
• Maximize product placement and introduce new products with optimal shelf layouts.
