Cowboy in Brussels is seeking a proactive field sales host to run one-on-one test rides and guide customers through the e-bike experience. You will meet prospects at agreed points in Brussels, introduce the bike, and lead a short test ride while answering questions about features, range, and delivery options.

Ideal candidates live near Brussels, love cycling, and can represent Cowboy with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English required; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Host free test ride appointments via our website.
• Meet prospects in Brussels, introduce the bike and guide a short test ride.
• Answer questions about setup, features, range, theft protection, app, financing, delivery, etc.
• Create a warm, wow experience as the customer’s main in-person touchpoint.
• Follow up after the ride to support the customer toward purchase.
• Keep your schedule up to date and report outcomes.
