Job summary

Andersen Belgium is seeking Senior Associates or Counsels to join its Corporate Law & M&A practice in Brussels. We welcome both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking profiles, fluent in English.

You will handle corporate matters for national and international clients, work in a close-knit team, and grow through continuing education and a friendly working environment in the heart of Brussels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results.
• Native French-speaking or native Dutch-speaking; fluent English.
• 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A.
• Client-oriented and service-minded; works well independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on Corporate Law and M&A matters for national and international clients.
• Join a dynamic, growing team within Andersen's Corporate Law & M&A practice.
• Provide clear legal advice and help manage client relationships.
