Ogilvy Social.lab Belgium seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a busy account team. You will be the operational backbone of a genuine 360 account—spanning digital, OOH, and TV—with a direct, trusted relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience running 360 campaigns in advertising, communications, or related agency environment.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts with client, on-set, and budget review exposure.
• Experience navigating multi‑partner environments and cross‑agency collaboration.
• Strategic thinking beyond social, including ATL and integrated campaigns.
• Native Dutch and fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, building trust across levels.
• Mentor and grow two Account Executives; align with Group Account Director.
• Own end‑to‑end project management for 360 mix of work (social, digital, OOH, TV).
• Review deliverables for brand consistency, production quality and integrity.
• Lead briefs, planning, and debriefs with clear documentation and deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams; champion ideas to clients.
