• Identify, assess, and initiate contact with potential partners.
• Prepare confidentiality agreements and review initial information.
• Assess business outlook and risks to advise on deal structures.
• Lead due diligence with internal/external advisors (legal, auditors).
• Assist in drafting term sheets, heads of agreement, and exclusivity documents.
• Coordinate closing activities and integration planning.
