Hanson Search Ltd in Brussels is partnering with a leading independent consultancy to appoint an EU Tech Public Affairs Director. The role blends high‑level client advisory with a seat on the Brussels leadership team.

You will build on a strong network within Brussels institutions, guide digital and technology policy engagement, and lead a talented team while shaping the Brussels offer and contributing to business development. Occasional travel to the UK and other capitals may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Brussels political environment; strong drafting skills in English and one other European language.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop new business.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering high‑quality public affairs advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to clients to progress regulatory and policy agendas in Brussels.
• Grow the Brussels client roster and service existing public affairs accounts.
• Lead the team, coach juniors, review work, and delegate effectively.
