Black Pen Recruitment seeks an AI/NLP/ML Expert for a Brussels-based client. The role is full-time, permanent and onsite at Brussels, with initial integration into the Development team on-site with a major client.

The candidate will design IT architectures for NLP/ML solutions, analyze data assets, and assess risks of LLM implementations. Collaboration with engineers is essential to industrialise PoCs and advance AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline required.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with data analytics over big datasets and data lakes.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and ML techniques.
• Experience with NLP systems lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Responsabilités

• Design IT architecture for NLP/ML/AI solutions and PoCs.
• Analyse data assets and business processes.
• Assess risk levels of LLMs in IT systems.
• Industrialise PoCs in collaboration with engineers.
• Train ML models based on structured and unstructured data.
• Interact with data stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support corporate AI initiatives and data management strategy.
