Michael Page is recruiting a Brand Manager Pharma RX - Rare Diseases for the Belux region. You will craft local brand strategies, coordinate across commercial, medical and market access teams, and translate complex clinical data into tangible actions for HCP engagement.

You will lead launches, campaigns and events while ensuring consistent messaging and localization of global materials. The role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years in pharma brand or related marketing, with fluency in English

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical brand management or related marketing role.
• Experience with Pharma RX portfolio and interactions with healthcare professionals.

• Lead cross-functional projects to support Pharma RX portfolio across commercial, medical and market access teams.

• Manage brand positioning to ensure consistent communication across materials.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights and business performance.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners.
• Manage project timelines and budgets linked to brand activities.

• Develop and execute local brand strategies for the rare diseases portfolio aligned with global priorities
• Lead cross-functional projects to support Pharma RX portfolio across commercial, medical and market access teams
• Translate scientific data into impactful customer engagement initiatives targeting HCPs

The Successful Applicant

As a successful Brand Manager Pharma RX - Rare Diseases - Belux you have the following profile:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical brand management, product management or a comparable marketing role
• Previous marketing experiences with Pharma RX portfolio and interactions with HCPs
• Strong scientific understanding combined with commercial acumen
• Able to translate complex clinical information into practical business actions
• Proven stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a small, agile affiliate structure
• Fluency in English and ability to operate in both French and Dutch environments
• Strong digital and omnichannel marketing mindset
