Guerlain Benelux, based in Brussels, seeks an FP&A professional to drive financial planning, analysis, and control for Benelux and Netherlands operations. You will partner with local and central management to deliver accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes monthly closings, budgeting, and continuous process improvement, requiring strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and IFRS knowledge. Fluency in French and English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business controlling or FP&A roles.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting policies.

Responsabilités

Support monthly business performance with variance analyses of revenue, margins and costs.
Assess activity profitability by customer and by product line.
Monitor departmental running expenses and assist monthly closings and budgeting with Accounting.
Prepare timely full financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and provision/ accrual documentation.
Generate monthly management reports and ad-hoc analyses.
Support Marketing on Advertising & Promotions costs (POSM, local purchases, media).
Evaluate capex investments and conduct financial appraisals.
Provide mentorship to FP&A intern.
