Quality Assistance is seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant to shape how we are perceived across Europe and beyond. You will craft print and digital content, support employer branding, and help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster through targeted campaigns.

You will collaborate on multilingual content, create visuals and videos, manage CMS updates, and track campaign performance to optimize reach. This role offers growth within a dynamic analytical CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Create and update print and digital materials per brand guidelines.
• Develop content in French and English for services, expertise and employer branding.
• Create visual content including photography and video.
• Support internal communications to strengthen engagement across teams.
• Update website content via a CMS for accuracy and UX.
• Manage marketing and recruitment campaigns and track KPIs.
• Organize and promote events from planning to follow-up.
• Coordinate partners and suppliers for materials and logistics.
• Monitor trends to keep content fresh.
