Pernod Ricard Belgium is seeking a motivated Assistant Brand Manager ABSOLUT intern to support brand planning and execution for Absolut Vodka in Belgium, with Benelux scope and occasional travel to Pernod Ricard Nederland in Amsterdam.

Under the Brand Manager, you will help develop campaigns, coordinate with agencies and sales teams, analyze market data, and assist in cross-functional projects to grow the brand presence among Belgian and Dutch consumers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or Commerce.
• Marketing experience in FMCG or spirits is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• High initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Campaign development & execution in partnership with the brand manager and sales teams.
• Material production: brief to suppliers and sample validation.
• Data-driven decision making: analyze sales, market research, and trends.
• Stakeholder communication across consumer, retailer and cross-functional groups.
• Cross-functional project management with trade marketing, digital, sales, and supply.
• Extend brand initiatives to the trade with activation tools.
• On-trade channel field visits and festival participation.
• Benchmark market competition on communication and activations.
