Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Multiskilled Technician – BMS/HVAC to ensure reliable operation of building systems in an innovation center. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and supervise external contractors in field operations and labs.

You will work closely with the Chief Engineer to support projects, optimize energy efficiency, and maintain safety compliance across office and laboratory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in maintenance of building technical systems.
• Experience in complex properties (office, lab, or production environments) is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on mentality with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building tech systems and supervise external contractors.
• Monitor and optimize the Building Management System (Desigo CC) to ensure energy efficiency.
• Document work in CAFM/ticketing system and report safety issues to the Chief Engineer.
• Support capital projects and participate in commissioning of new systems.
