Clear. is seeking a BMS Engineer to join our Antwerpen, Belgium team. You will perform maintenance and inspections on building climate and control systems, test and calibrate installations, diagnose faults, and commission upgrades.

Travel to customer sites is expected and valued within this role. The position offers a competitive salary up to €5,000 gross per month, plus a 13th-month salary, a laptop, car, phone, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have MBO level 3/4 in engineering.
• Experience in technical service, maintenance or commissioning preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC/building services and control systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance and inspections on building climate and control systems.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust installations.
• Diagnose faults using software and diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace components as needed.
• Commission new or upgraded installations.
• Prepare service activities and coordinate with colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
