EY Belgium is seeking a Microsoft BizApps Manager to expand our Microsoft practice within EY Belgium. You will translate client needs into Microsoft-based solutions and manage projects from start to finish.

The role requires experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365, a willingness to travel within Belgium, and English plus Dutch or French proficiency. EY offers a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or IT.
• 3 to 8 years of working experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or D365 Finance and Operations.
• Willingness to work on-site at the customer within Belgium; travel may be required.
• Languages: English and Dutch / French.

Responsabilités

• Analyze client business needs and translate into functional specifications.
• Map client goals to Microsoft solutions.
• Develop Microsoft product knowledge and learn other solutions.
• Understand the technical capabilities of the solution.
• Assist customers in the decision-making process.
• Manage project tracks from A-Z.
• Grow the internal offering and participate in presales and product demos.
• Share product and knowledge within the team.
