UCB is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join the Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium. You will oversee warehouse and logistics operations supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing activities.

You will lead a team of logistics professionals, ensure materials are available on time, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance. Fluent in French and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
Experience leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations within a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, and warehouse / supply chain processes.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving and cross functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispensing, internal deliveries and returns management.
Ensure materials are available to manufacturing teams on time and according to operational priorities.
Maintain compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements across all logistics activities.
Manage inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse space, storage capacity and material flow.
Lead, develop and support a team of logistics professionals through coaching, training and performance development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support investigations, audits and operational problem resolution.
