UCB is seeking a Quality Control BBC Team Leader at our Braine-l'Alleud campus in Belgium. You will oversee technicians, ensure timely in-process control testing and product release, and drive continuous improvement in a GMP environment.
You will collaborate with Production and QA teams, contribute to audits, and lead the team across shifts, with on-call rotation and a hybrid work model. Fluency in English and French is required.
We are looking for a Quality Control Biologics Team Leader for our Braine Biological testing Center (BBC) who is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong leader to join our QC Braine Biological testing Center (BBC) team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
The role requires flexibility in working hours and participation in an on-call rotation one weekend out of three (phone support).
As a Quality Control BBC Team Leader, you will oversee the team of technicians to ensure timely and safe analysis of biological products manufactured on Braine Campus supporting in-process control testing and product release. You will play a key role in supporting audits, product launches, and driving continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with the Production team, Quality Assurance team, stakeholders, and other parties to ensure smooth communication and effective management of lead times and investigations. You will also work with your team to enhance their expertise and support their development.
