Polytek BV is seeking a BIM Coordinator to ensure accurate modelling and technical alignment across engineering projects. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.

You will draft BIM Execution Plans, build coordination models, perform clash detections, and lead 3D reviews on site during construction, while exploring opportunities to strengthen client relations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience with Autodesk software, Construction Cloud, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Draft and finalize BIM Execution Plans with clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Build coordination models by integrating and translating internal and external data.
• Conduct clash detections to identify conflicts early in the process and set priorities.
• Monitor and close punch list items to ensure all project details are addressed before final delivery.
• Manage project documentation according to the BIM Execution Plan and ensure proper filing.
• Lead 3D reviews.
• Provide on-site support during construction, including inspections and coordination meetings.
• Observe and identify commercial opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business.
