Jan De Nul Group seeks a BIM Coordinator to drive digital construction workflows. You will develop BIM execution plans with the team and manage a central collaboration platform to ensure coordinated, high-quality models across parties.

Responsibilities include quality checks, clash detection, and optimizing 4D planning, GIS-BIM linking, 3D laser scanning, and cost calculation. Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering (civil) or equivalent.
• Experience with BIM modeling is preferred.
• Fluency or strong command of Dutch, English and French is required.

Responsabilités

• Create BIM execution plans with project team and update as needed.
• Set up and manage central collaboration platform for projects.
• Create coordination models ensuring high-quality inputs from all parties.
• Perform quality checks and clash detection across BIM sub-models.
