Jan De Nul Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive BIM execution plans, set up the central collaboration platform, and manage coordination models across projects. You will perform model quality checks, conduct clash detection, and optimize 4D planning, GIS‑BIM linking, and laser scanning integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (civil engineering) or equivalent; additional civil engineering degrees welcome
• Experience with BIM modeling is preferred
• Knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, Solibri, Navisworks, Dynamo and Grasshopper is a plus
• Strong interest in digitalization and deepening expertise in this area
• As a coordinator, you possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse parties
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French

Responsabilités

• Create BIM execution plans with the project team and provide insights into future situations
• Set up and manage the central collaboration platform for every project and create coordination models
• Perform quality checks on BIM sub-models and ensure application of agreed standards
• Analyze sub-models and conduct clash detection across models
• Optimize BIM functionalities including 4D planning, GIS-BIM linking, 3D laser scanning, and cost calculation
• Communicate with diverse parties and follow up on important issues
