Randstad Deutschland is seeking a Teamleader Technical Customer Service / Inside Sales Lead in the Mechelen region of Belgium. You will supervise day-to-day internal sales operations and bridge customers with production and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Technical Sales Support or related area.
• Experience coordinating or supervising a team is advantageous.
• Strong technical aptitude with exposure to drawing software and ERP systems.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead a four-person internal sales team, manage workloads and priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end quotation process ensuring accuracy.
• Translate customer specs into technical solutions and BOMs.
• Coordinate orders with manufacturing and monitor lead times.
• Serve as main contact for technical and commercial inquiries.
