Job summary

RSM Belgium is expanding its Accountancy department and seeks ambitious, bi-lingual NL/ENG and self-driven Senior Accountants in Zaventem who will build the consulting of tomorrow.

You will manage and follow up clients' portfolios, assist in budgets and reporting, and act as the contact for Juniors on technical topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a consulting environment as external accountant
• 3rd year Accountant trainee (ITAA) is a plus
• Ability to manage client portfolios and interact directly with clients
• Dynamic and communicative personality with love for teamwork
• Accurate, client-friendly, eager to learn and share knowledge
• People-oriented with interest in mentoring others
• Strong prioritization and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Ownership mindset with pride in performance and impact
• Familiarity with accountancy IT-tools and NL & ENG proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up clients' portfolios.
• Assist in budgets and reporting in agreement with the Partner.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and support Juniors on technical topics.
