As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating supply chain operations in support of a specific client project.

You will oversee logistics processes, process orders, ensure accurate invoicing, help prepare offers, identify issues, and generate reports on performance and costs

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all logistics processes for a client project.
• Process orders and ensure accuracy with customer contracts.
• Enter and verify invoices and cost data for timely billing.
• Prepare offers and price calculations for shipments.
• Identify issues and implement process improvements.
• Produce reports on logistics performance and costs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, partners, and team.
• Schedule storage and transport activities.
• Oversee team time and workday activities per Crane policies.
