Mercor seeks a bilingual Dutch (Belgium) Generalist Expert — AI Safety to craft expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch and apply guidelines to classify conversations. You will flag adversarial phrasing, document reasoning, and help refine how AI models respond to sensitive topics in Dutch as used in Belgium.

Based in Belgium, this is a remote, contract position. You will work independently to meet deadlines while contributing to safer AI content and model improvements for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Type: Contract

Compensation: $48–$52/hour

Location: Remote

• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
• Currently based in Belgium.
• Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
