Job summary

HumanInTech in Brussels is seeking a QA Specialist to identify and close testing gaps, shaping a QA process with strong testing, reviewing and monitoring. The role has two phases: debt management and Agile test activities, with continuous coordination of the test environment and stakeholder communication.

You will work in Dutch and French, collaborating with the project manager and management to ensure the project meets the organisation's quality strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA processes, testing debt management and regression testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Testlink, Jira, Confluence).
• Nice to have ISTQB certification and development basics (CI, TDD).

Responsibilities

• Identify testing debt and gaps, document findings and plan improvements.
• Review analyses, define and execute test cases, assess results.
• Coordinate tests in an Agile Scrum environment and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coach teams in test automation and ensure testability of features.
• Collaborate with project manager and management to align with the quality strategy.
• Communicate in Dutch and French within a Brussels-based team.
