Job summary

Pauwels Consulting in Gent is seeking a dedicated professional to support its digital transformation program within the public sector. You will analyse and implement BI projects to enhance data-driven decision-making and collaborate with the BI team to keep the platform stable, high-performing, and cost-efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop for data visualization.
• Knowledge of building AI/ML pipelines in Python and R.
• Knowledge of supervised ML and unsupervised ML.
• Familiarity with agentic AI development.
• Knowledge of AI applications in urban or societal contexts.
• Fluent in Dutch at C2 level.

• You have 1+ year of experience in application development.
• You possess proficiency in Power BI Desktop for data visualization.
• You bring knowledge of building AI/ML pipelines in Python and R.
• You possess knowledge of Supervised ML and Unsupervised ML.
• You have familiarity with agentic AI-development.
• You bring knowledge of AI applications in urban or societal contexts.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
