VOI in Brussels is seeking a Senior Public Policy Manager (Benelux) to shape policy strategy and engage with cities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will build strong relationships with authorities and internal teams to advance VOI’s regulatory positioning and tender readiness.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, legal and tender teams to translate data into credible advocacy, influence policy developments, and ensure VOI remains the preferred micromobility partner

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or Communications.
Professional fluency in English, French and Dutch.
Experience in public affairs within mobility, transport, tech or policy-driven sectors.
Strong understanding of the Benelux political environment and influencing regulatory processes.
Ability to use data and evidence in policy development and advocacy.
Experience leading cross-functional work with local and central stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Contribute to and execute the Benelux policy strategy in partnership with the Benelux team.
Outline regulatory positions, draft arguments, interpret rules, and produce material for national engagement.
Work with Analytics and Product teams to build evidence and advocate positions.
Identify and prepare tenders across the region, align policy with tender readiness.
Engage with cities and authorities to shape mobility tenders.
Represent VOI in external forums and drive stakeholder outreach.
Maintain compliance oversight and monitor public opinion, draft white papers.
