Alsinova, an Astek Company based in Belgium, seeks Statistical Programmer Consultants to support clients from small biotech to big pharma. You will design experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.

You will improve automation of analyses, develop training materials, and contribute to method robustness and process optimization in diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in multivariate analysis, regression, PCA/PLS and experimental designs.
• Experience with Bayesian statistics considered a plus.
• Strong statistical consultancy and report writing for regulators and clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide statistical consultancy for projects across pharma categories; contribute to method robustness and process comparability.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports/presentations for clients or regulatory bodies.
• Develop automation for repetitive tasks and reporting using RMarkdown and RShiny.
• Develop training packages for end users and support knowledge transfer.
