Exsolvæ, a Belgian Data & AI consultancy based in Brussels, is seeking a Data Analyst BI to support clients in the banking and financial services sector. You will design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that inform business and regulatory decisions.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models using DAX, Power Query, and Analysis Services or Microsoft Fabric, while supporting FINREP/COREP Basel reporting and collaborating with risk, finance, and compliance

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Strong Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, data modelling and semantic layer design.
Solid SQL experience; banking/financial services experience is a strong differentiator.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel, FINREP, COREP).
Azure exposure (Fabric, Synapse, Analysis Services) is highly valued.
French, Dutch and English at operational level; tri-lingual profiles preferred.
EU work permit required.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering financial KPIs, risk indicators and regulatory reporting.
Develop and maintain semantic layer models using DAX, Power Query and Analysis Services or Microsoft Fabric.
Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements (FINREP, COREP, Basel frameworks).
Collaborate with risk, finance and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics.
Contribute to data quality, lineage and governance across reported datasets.
Operate within Azure environments: Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services.
