Qualifications

• Experience in industrial production, preferably in food processing or bakery.
• Ability to knead and shape dough with appropriate resting times.
• Capable of precise equipment adjustments and multitasking.
• Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness to production contingencies.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GHP/GMP is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare doughs according to defined recipes and procedures.
• Adjust and operate depositors, rotary molders, humidifiers, and decoration equipment.
• Monitor shaping process and report anomalies.
• Record traceability data (FIFO) and check ingredient quality.
• Ensure clear handover of information between teams during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety instructions.
