An educational organization in Gembloux is seeking an energetic and fun English teacher for part-time work, focusing on very young children. The role requires availability on Saturdays, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to children's needs. Ideal candidates possess a positive attitude and a C1 level in English. Additional hours may be available during the week for substitute teaching.

Qualifications

• Experience with very young children is a plus.
• C1 level or higher in English.
• Living in the Gembloux area and/or having a car.

Responsabilités

• Replace absent teachers on short notice.
• Conduct oral tests and lead camps during school holidays.

Contract type: Fixed-term (November to June)

Hours: 3 hours per week (Only Saturdays)

Start date: November 2025

What we’re looking for:

• A Babies teacher (1year-old students) with a positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability (possible to work additional hours during the week as a substitute teacher)
• Advanced or Proficiency level of English (C1 or higher).
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Experience with very young children and children
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 minimum)
• Student status
• Living in Gembloux area and/or having a car
• Flexibility
• Available every Saturday (except school holidays)

Possibility to work additional hours during the week as a substitute teacher:

• replace absent teachers (sometimes last-minute)
• conduct oral tests
• lead Camps during the school holidays (Autumn break, Carnival break, Spring break and Summer Holidays)
• attend Kids&Us events (Fun day, Demo day, Little chef, Braderie, etc)
