Job summary

OneTouch Technology BV is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive adoption of our photonics solutions in Belgium. You will own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, while delivering value to customers.

You will build lasting relationships with key accounts, coordinate with product and support teams, and provide accurate pipeline forecasts. Fluent English required; Dutch/French/German skills are a plus in a multilingual market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in photonics, optics, electronics, or another high-tech industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, or German.
• Technical background in physics, optics, or electronic engineering.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• A passion for technology, especially photonics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and deal closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring timely delivery and payment.
• Understand each client’s technical and business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling pre-sales, negotiations, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the team to improve our products and services.
• Keep the customer database organized and up to date.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
