The role requires building growth strategies, running experiments, and translating insights into measurable revenue outcomes, with autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and revenue impact.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, funnel optimization, marketing automation, CRM and ABM.
• Highly data-driven and able to translate insights into actions.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on, autonomous project ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, own and optimize the end-to-end B2B marketing funnel and growth strategy.
• Develop lead nurturing, scoring and marketing automation journeys.
• Define priority segments and target accounts with alignment to sales.
• Create demand generation, thought leadership and ABM campaigns.
• Collaborate with central marketing teams on performance marketing and copywriting.
• Analyze market, customer and competitor insights and translate into KPIs.
